Main characteristics

Splitter boxes allow the establishment of a two way information flow

On the one hand between sensors and control unit

On the other hand between control unit and actuators

Sensors and actuators are connected to male M12 receptacles. (3, 4 or 5 contacts)

Input/ output by cable (With color code)

Input/ output by a male M23 receptacle.Contact M12 is connected to the metallic body of the receptacle (Shield)

Available with leds and protection caps too

These splitter boxes are specially designed for harsh industrial environment.

Out put by cable available with different cable type.Each typs has specifical properties.

CARACTERISTICS OF PVC CABLES

These cables are suitable for dynamic installations using cutting oils, thanks to their special PVC covering (according to E03.40.150N CNOMO Norms.)

They are used in automotive and machine tools industry, in robotics and in all environment where operating conditions are extreme.

The cable-core in extra fine strands (Class 6) and its design make them extendable in operation.

CARACTERISTICS OF ROBOTICS CABLES.

Cables for robots, subjected to bendings, torsions, accelerations and speed (10 million cycles mini).These cables are designed for severe mechanical applications. They are resistant to cutting oils and sparks due to their covering (High resistance polyurethane elastomer).

CARACTERISTICS OF P.U.R (POLYURETHANE) CABLES.

This type of cable is extra-flexible, offers a good mechanical resistance and is resistant to oils, greases and solvents.It is the perfect solution where electrical links are needed for applications under constant alternating movements. It is suitable for machine-tools, industrial equipments and handling for mobile applications.

Splitter boxes have been designed according to the CNOMO E03.63.710N Norm.These boxes are used to connect sensors and actuators fitted with M12 male connectors (4 or 5cts) as defined in the cnomo E03.62.710N. Norm.
