FEATURES - INSTALLATION

Operating temperature : (-25 °C to+100 °C)-13 °Fto+212 °F (500 hours at (125 °C) .257 °F). Beyond these temperature limits, consult our Sales Engineering Office. For use with socket insert plugs of the "STANDARD" or "WEATHERPROOF" series. Choice is determined in accordance with prevalent operating conditions.

DESCRIPTION

The receptacle comprises:
- a threaded metal shell with pin contacts insulated by glass sealing. The shell carries an integral catch pin to prevent rotation when secured in position ;
- an "O" ring seal of synthetic rubber material ;
- a hex locknut with its lockwasher.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

The panel cut-out, as shown below, differs in accordance with panel thickness.
If this thickness is :
- between (2 and 4 mm) .079 and .157 in. : cut-out as per Figure 3;
- greater than (4 mm) .157 in. : cut-out as per Figure 4 ;
- less than (2 mm) .079 in. : consult manufacturer.
